fingerbook is a complex web application. We are using up-to-date technologies to make using fingerbook delightfully easy for you.

Using these technologies requires an equally modern web browser. On this page you can find all relevant information on the browsers we support.

We recommend you use one of the following browsers for fingerbook:

Google Chrome	All	Google Chrome is fully supported.
Mozilla Firefox	≤ 4	Mozilla Firefox up to version 4 is not supported.
Mozilla Firefox	≥ 5	Mozilla Firefox starting from 5 is fully supported.
Internet Explorer	≤ 7	Internet Explorer up to version 7 is not supported.
	8	Internet Explorer version 8 is partially supported. You can't create fingerbooks, the preview offers reduced functionality and there will probably be minor visual glitches.
	≥ 9	Internet Explorer starting from version 9 is fully supported.
Safari	≤ 3	Safari up to version 3 is not supported.
	4	Safari version 4 is not officially supported, but all major features should work just fine.
	≥ 5	Safari starting from version 5 is fully supported.
Mobile Safari	≤ 5.1.1	Mobile Safari up to version 5.1.1 is partially supported. You can't create fingerbooks because browser uploads have only been added with iOS 6.
Mobile Safari	≥ 6	Mobile Safari starting from version 6 is fully supported.
Other browsers	Browsers not mentioned in this list are usually related to other browsers (e.g. both SeaMonkey and Firefox use the so-called Gecko Engine, Chromium and Chrome use WebKit etc.). They are usually supported in the same way as their more widely used cousins in the respective version.
